The Arrival of our Nephew, Carter

Robert and I became an Aunt and Uncle again!! On Feb. 11, Carter Benton Bean was born!!

Getting the Nursery Ready

It is still a work in progress but we are well on our way to getting the Nursery ready. Robert has been a huge help in doing this as well as my wonderful father in law.

Phase 1- Getting rid of the horrible yellow that the people who lived here before us decided to paint the room.

Yes, it needed a second coat of paint but it already looks soooo much better. There was also new carpet that got put in so the blue is gone.

Long Over Due Updates

Yes, I know that I am a horrible blogger. It has been way too long since I have updated our page. In an effort to catch up here we go.

UPDATES:

We moved back to San Antonio this past summer. It was hard to leave our friends in the Valley but it is nice to be back closer to both of our families.

Robert is in his 4th and final year of Medical School and I am still teaching middle school science.

We found out in August that....WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!! We are so excited to add to our family and welcome this precious gift from the Lord. After just not feeling right and being able to smell everything I took a pregnancy test and let Robert know that he is going to be a Dad.

When I was 18 weeks pregnant we found out that we are having a little GIRL!!!! She is one proud little girl, she left us with no doubt that she is ALL girl!!
